Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please look out of National strike action as this may affect your delivery status.

Damaged products

Any items received with damage or leaks must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please take photos and email us on info@alexcosmeticuk.com 

Returns

Should you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact us via email info@alexcosmeticuk.com within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned unused in the original packaging for them to be considered for a full refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery once approved by Alex Cosmetic UK. The cost of returning goods shall be covered by the customer. A refund will not be given for used or opened products. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us before attempting to return any items.
